How did you discover NW?

Tell us the story when and how did you get in contact with NW music;
I did it in August 2002, when a friend of mine wore WM t-shirt, and I got interested in that beautiful lady on it :lol:
And she gave me AFF, and the obsession started.....

When I was in High School, a friend was listening to Dead boy`s poem and called me to hear it (he knew that I am singing in a choir, and he wanted to see my reaction), I liked the poem very much and asked him to give me Wishmaster album...."and the rest is history" :wink:

I was serchind on the internet for opera metal,and wishmaster came up...
I listened to it, I loved it and I got everything Nightwish ever published....

hm, I dont remember exactly I think it was summer break of 2002 or 2003 when I saw video for "Sleeping Sun"..`though i didnt like it so much at the start when they played wishmaster, come cover me and deep silent complete i was interested in this band... later i got century child and shortly after that whole mp3 collection... :D

Went to the local student center,saw it...never listened to it before,and then I bought it.Simple as that.:D

The video-clip of Nemo was very succesful in Greece and it was played quite often so it just stuck in my head so I went for the album Once. And that's how it all started. Needless to say Nemo is one of my least favourite songs now.

I watched MTV one winter night in 2004, I think it was, (hmmm, it sounds like a story:) and NEMO was on air. I said to myself : Oh, that band is made for me! The video was a bit creepy, but their catchy sound just was made for my ears.That was the first thing I was listening to NW.

my friend played nightiwsh for me in 2007... i wasnt crazy about them but then i started downloading all NW songs i could in 2008... then finally i asked my friend to give me all the cds he had... :) now and forever im hooked!!! :) bye bye beautiful, over the hills..., and nemo r my fave songs :)
